Contacted Fradellas about bringing my car in for repairs. I submitted photos and no response after several days. I call again, send copy of estimate and I'm told I will get a follow up in a couple days. I call a couple days later and still no answers. I'm forwarded to another person who asks for photos. I send all photos 3 separate times and ways until I can get an answer about when I can bring my car in which is a month later. Why does it take 2 people and sending of my information 4 times to get a date? What a waste of time! If the office staff is incompetent then it makes me wonder about the people working on the cars.
Won't recommend.
