Four months, zero repairs, and no one picking up the phone.
Avoid Fox Hyundai. I scheduled warranty service on my vehicle in June 2026, and as of October 2026, the work has not been started, let alone completed. That's four months without a drivable car while I continue to pay insurance on it.
Communication has been just as poor. The dealership ignored my phone calls and never reached out with updates. It was only after I contacted Hyundai corporate that anyone responded, and corporate told me they've had trouble getting answers from this dealership too.
I would not recommend Fox Hyundai to anyone. If you want a car that stays perfectly preserved in a service bay, this is your place. A dealership that won't pick up the phone, shouldn't be trusted with your keys.
