On your previous visit, we took longer than you anticipated and did, in fact, give you a free oil change as a result. On this last visit (the one that we have been given this review on), your oil change was supplied at no charge. While here, you requested we install wiper blades, an air filter, a new radiator cap. This was the only charge to you on this visit. Please review your invoice and see where the discount for the oil change was credited (and the only things charged were the parts requested). Air Filters, Wiper Blades, Caps, and other items are not part of an oil change (free or not).
