I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. It was $55 for both of those. That a little ridiculous. Then when they were done with servicing my car, they brought me the wrong keys! I thought oh it was just a mix up. So I'm waiting for my car I be brought up and they pull up and bring me my keys and say I'm ready to go. I go outside and it's not my car. It doesn't even look like my car and I go and tell them. They are surprised and go to service I look for my car. Finally 20 minutes later they being my car around. The guy jumps out hands me my keys and walks away, ignoring my thank you That was said and not saying a thing. He also left the paper mat in my car protecting my carpet which had mud left on it and on my car interior. I was not happy with this dealership and the way everything was handled. On a good note, they have a very nice waiting area with a self serve cafe and massage chair.
