I found a screw in my tire recently and thought for sure I'd be told to bring my car in the next morning to have it fixed, but when I called to explain what happened, I was told to bring my car right in. They were able to patch my tire quickly, and I had my car back as good as new in no time. I was impressed by their eagerness to help (and friendly, reassuring demeanor) and the fact that they made the effort to fix the tire rather than tell me I needed a new one (because some places do try sheisty stuff like that). And the price for everything was a lot less than I expected. Forest City definitely has my trust and admiration. I highly recommend them.
