I've got a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I've taken it to Folsom Lake Hyundai several times and they either never perform the necessary repairs or they start them and don't finish. I've even had to complain to Hyundai North America at their headquarters in Southern California and I'm waiting to see if they are able to push Folsom Lake Hyundai to take the necessary steps and conduct the repairs. Basically all I get from my service writer is excuses and passing of the buck. Absolutely horrible service. And what is interesting, on the flier they sent me thanking me for "trusting" them with my Hyundai, they say they have received 4.5 out of 5 stars from customer reviews, and they list SureCritic.com right below that claim, but I am the first person to write a review. So, that raises questions as well.
