I thought the website was great. I picked my tires, schedules a time for installation, had a quote for everything, even an email confirming everything. I go for my scheduled appointment, the service manger had nothing on his side, did not have the tires in stock, so their corporate system is obviously broken. He did try and sell me their firestone brand tire, which I politely decline. I don't blame the local shop, this is a corporate problem. I want be back.
