I was told it would take 3 days for the repairs. But after dropping the car off, it took over 2 weeks without communication. I had to call to find out the status. But the quality of work seems good.
Repairs were excellent. Some communication and delay issues with the shop initially. Overall good quality repairs

Lack of communication and lacking efficiency
My car has been at Fix Auto since mid-October. It's early December and I have yet to received my car. No one answers the phone, I am not getting updated on the status of my car. It's been a nightmare. Stay away from this place. We have tried to be patient, but this is taking advantage of people. Fix Auto seriously needs a revamp and new leadership.
