I would strongly caution anyone from using this auto body shop. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. After my car was damaged in an accident, I brought it here for repairs through my insurance. When the shop returned my vehicle, not all of the damages had been repaired — several issues were left unresolved.
When I raised my concerns, the shop was unresponsive and dismissive. It ultimately took my insurance company getting involved and calling the shop directly before any progress was made. Only then did they admit the remaining damage was still covered and needed to be fixed.
This situation caused unnecessary delays, the hassle of having to get a new rental car, and a great deal of frustration. The poor customer service and lack of accountability reflect very poorly on their business practices. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for professionalism, honesty, or reliable repairs.
