Letty should not represent fix auto
I have used fix auto for my car repairs in the past and I decided to go with him again because I have experience nothing but great customer service up to today I drove all the way from Moreno Valley I had an appointment today at 9:30 to get my vehicle looked at. Walking into my appointment today I had already experienced a previous conflict over the phone with Letty your manager on site. she kept repeating over and over again that parts were not in stock she can’t tell me if the part is in stock whether I bring it in or not that my car needed to be disassembled and kept here until the repairs are made. I tried to explain to her that I understood that she then told me you can do a quick visual and determine roughly what you could do for me and that’s all I asked for and she agreed that’s why I came in today. The last time I was here you were able to look at the car and tell me it was just the bumper with approximately a rough ETA and that’s all I needed today I understand that you guys cannot promise anything at the moment which I do not expect. After going in circles for about five minutes again with the same conversations the inspector came out took a look mention it was just a headlight and the bumper like I thought it would be and as I walk in she then again is telling me she can’t give me any information until I leave my car and pull it apart giving me such a hard time she told me she hast to deny taking in my car because her survey is more important. I am in complete shock that she cares more about her survey then getting business from a previous customer. She said she cares more about what I’m going to write on the survey and she cares more about her job and I can’t believe that she has that much power to the Decline my repair instead of providing good customer service like I have experience with everybody else here. I am so disappointed in this experience I am a very loyal client and everything I do once I like someone I stick with them and I refer them throughout
. I myself am a business owner and I can tell you that Letty here does not offer good customer service she has selfish motives here and does not care about what’s best for the clients nor the business she’s more interested in protecting her survey this is absurd! I don’t understand what her personal issue is with me but I do wish that you guys can go back and hear the phone conversation I had with her and go back and look at your cameras as she told me I cannot leave my car here because of the customer service that she provided to me if she was so scared of what people write on the survey then she should act accordingly and professionally. I don’t know what type of joke of a shop that you guys are running now but it is so sad that such a big name company has overlooked such poor customer service to represent you. I have yet to hear back from Charles the other manager and someone I personally worked with before.
