Car repair
My car went into a low power mode and I was at the mercy of this repair shop went garage. I usually do my own maintenance but in this situation that wasn’t possible. They got me in without an appointment and told me the bad news as far as price and availability. Very professional. There are still good honest people in this world where that isn’t always the case

Great service!
I went to their website and scheduled my service (oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement), which was very easy. I received an email and text reminder of my appointment. They completed my service on time with great work done.

The do great work. They also try to keep your cost down and tell you what is necessary and then also recommend future work to keep your vehicle in top shape.

Schedule an oil change.
I got on to the new deal Scott came up with to just pay a monthly subscription and they auto send me an oil change and service needed reminder. Wow like a dentist office only it don’t hurt. I not sure if he has offered it to everyone but thanks Scott and good job. See ya on my next service and thanks for the reminders.

Necessary evil.
My PU is 14 years old but has low mileage. I've opted to keep it in good shape to avoid new PU payments. So, when I spend over two hundred dollars on radiator hoses that cost far, far less in the past I need to accept that fact.
I thought Uncle Sam only charged sales tax on "unnecessary" items but it appears "environmental fees" and sales tax doesn't apply. They must think a vehicle is not a "necessary item"! 5 Starr does what they can to help me, but their hands are tied to some extent. They definitely do what they can to get me back on the road.
