Definitely a Five Star experience!!!
I recently moved to Patterson from the Bay Area so there are not many shops in town. When I first called, I spoke to Aaron who worked in the office and he actually listened to what was wrong with my car FIRST rather than just trying to get me off the phone and telling me to bring it in for a diagnostic. Once I brought my car in and found out what was wrong with it, Aaron broke down each service needed and the cost. A lot of things wrong with my car, but he helped me decipher what service was most priority so I would not be stranded on the side of the road. I like that he was honest and very knowledgeable, patient in explaining and re-explaining everything. The only thing is, there is only one mechanic who works on the cars so if you need a lot of work done on your vehicle, expect it to take a few days. I didn’t get to meet the mechanic/ owner of the shop who fixed my car but Aaron spoke very highly of him and his years of experience. When my car was fixed, Aaron even came to pick me up at my house. The mechanics work spoke for itself! My car is working and driving great and no longer making the sounds. I still need more work done on my vehicle and I will most definitely be bringing it back to Five Star Automotive! Thanks guys!

Great Service!
My SUV started making a strange noise and they were able to get me right in, which was great as my schedule can be challenging. Not only did they fix the noise, they were able to handle a few other things that were needed. My old girl "purred like a kitten" (instead of rattling like an oldie) when I started her up this morning and I had a nice smooth drive to the east bay. Thank you!!
