Jeff and his team were great! During a regular maintenance visit to the dealership, a hole was discovered in my muffler and the rear differential was leaking fluid. To fix both, the dealership wanted to empty my bank account. Instead I called First Response Auto and threw in an emissions inspection also to sweeten the deal. They got me in and out of the shop and back on the road in two days. Nice!
