Bought a 13 Jeep Wrangler form these guys with an extended warranty. they filled the paperwork out wrong; the warranty company said its now void. now I'm on the hook for an engine replacement. on a car I bought a few months ago. they are at fault for miss writing the warranty contract. First National Autos needs to step up and be true to their customers.

Didn’t complete work
The day before I bought the car I called the dealership and spoke to their car salesman Terrell Hall. I explained to Terrrel that I was concerned that the car had 95,000 miles on it and did not want to buy the car if it had not had the recommended maintenance service for a car with that many miles. Terrell said that the car fact appeared to have the 60,000 miles service but not the next. Terrell and I talked and he stated that he would have the dealership service perform the next recommended service. I explained I had another dealership to call and if I was still interested I would call back. I called back later and Terrell verified the 90,000 mile service had been done. The next day I drove up to Seattle and and after verifying with Terrell that the 90,000 service had in fact been done I bought the car. I did buy the car “ as is”.
Ten days later I took the car into my Subaru mechanic to be checked for any problems. The certified mechanic told me that he did not believe the 90,000 service had in fact been done and even included that information on the receipt from the work. I contact the dealership and spoke to Terrell. When I asked him why the maintenance service had not been done he replied that he couldn’t verify what the service department had done or not done. I reached out to the dealership by email and was emailed by Ahmed Zeghmi. I returned his email with my concerns and after several exchanges Ahmed’s last offer was that their maintenance department would complete the recommended service for half of the cost he had initially quoted me of $360. I was lied too and my concerns not honored.

Horrible Customer Service Post Buying
I bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade from this dealership. I currently reside in SE Alaska and needed to have the vehicle shipped to me, something this dealership assured they could do. I was very excited because most dealerships would not ship or sell out of state. When I finally decided on my vehicle, and was about to put my downpayment down, the dealer decided to mention that this car actually had 6000 more miles than was advertised. He assured me and convinced me that it didn’t make much of a difference in the Kelly blue book, and because I was excited to find a place that would actually work with me and my circumstances, I disregarded the extra miles. This was the first red flag, and my first mistake. Once payment was done, it was as if all communication stopped. The dealer was VERY tentative during the selling process, blowing my phone up every single day for about a week. Once I bought the car, however, I hardly heard anything from them. I didn’t receive my vehicle for an entire month after I payed for it (and I put down a 50% down payment). It was almost impossible getting ahold of Tristan (the dealer who sold me the car) once they had my money. When he finally would respond, it was in a very passive aggressive way, making me feel bad for trying to contact them about setting up a finalized time to ship my vehicle. Once I finally received the vehicle (a month later !), it arrived with nearly no gas in it (which I understand they need to have a quarter tank max when barging, but this vehicle was basically completely empty), AND the tire pressure system service light was already on; something they did not disclose to me. They assured me that this car completed inspection and that there were nearly zero issues with it. Now I am stuck with a a systematic issue in my new car that is going to cost me a lot to fix, if I can even find anyone to fix it for me where I live. I have tried to contact them a few times now, and each time I get sent to voice mail. I am beyond disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sold a car requiring major repairs
We bought a 2018 Ford Focus from this place. Within 3 days the check engine light came on and the shop tells us it had been on many times before and was probably just reset for the sale. That issue wasn't that hard or expensive to fix.

Now after having the car for less than 4 weeks, the transmission is acting up and the shop tells us it needs to be replaces, estimate $5000.

I reached out to this company to see if they want to do anything to make this right and it was obviously something they deal with. When, in the middle of my sentence, I mentioned 'check engine light' I was forwarded to a voicemail box without even being able to finish my sentence.

I left a phone number, no call back. I reached out to the person who sold, no response.

I guess all the things they say about used car dealers are true, particularly with this one.

beware - no integrity - no follow through
bought a car from them that catastrophically failed after 6 mos

their version of rectifying the situation was an attempt to get more money from me

as I angrily left the lot, the owner (I think) asked me for my contact info and told me that we would work something out

I never heard from them again

they are stereotypical, look you right in the eye and lie to you, used car salesmen

they will tell you what you want to hear but never do anything they say

if trump as a used car lot this would be it

Sold Me A Stolen Car and Went Into Hiding
This dealership sold me a stolen vehicle and then went into hiding as if the problem would magically go away. They took thousands from me down, treated me so poorly while doing business, made me fight for even a working key for the car and then - went into hiding and refused to address or even admit they sold me a stolen car, after law enforcement impounded my brand new car! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are slimy salesmen with zero ethics!

Terrible business
Terrible Experience, Disrespect Experience and Insensitive Experience-Had a deal-started the paperwork. Then they sold the car from underneath us because we wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection. They called the next day and tried to sell me the same car. Money over people . I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

GIANT con man
This guy tried to screw me over but thankfully we walked before the sale.
Car was listed on Craigslist for $10800. Seemed like a good deal.
I want to pout $1500 down and he says they'll work with me on financing.
He comes out and says my APR will be 19.9%!!!!
Fees:$550(?????)(there's always a fee but cmon)
Sales price: $12880 O___O
Seriously? Was I supposed to not notice you just added $2k to that cost?
Finance charge: $8362
Total sale: $14769

I work 40 a week and this is the deal you were "working on for me". Go **** yourself! I knew you were shady when you couldn't even look me in the eye.
I picked up a slightky older jeep two days later from a guy on clist so I'm GLAD these d*cks were.. Well d*cks. Glad you won't get any of my money.

Dishonest Dealer
I won't mention the car condition but when you sign with them, they're basically done with you. Bought a car 2/18. Received a postcard stating I still owe them $17.50 (paid with credit card). After multiple calls, emails, and texts, accounting promised they sent the license plates on 3/30. 4/3 temporary permit expired. No communication whatsoever since then. Still no license plates received today (5/1).

They sold me a LEMON on a car nothing but problems since purchase constantly fixing issues with the Vehicle I've spent 3-5000.00 so far just keeping the POS running! I was told that Road side a warranty and GAP insurance would be added to my loan which would help drop the payment by extending the loan. Come to find out the Finance Manager didn't do his job FAILED to add the GAP insurance totally dropped the ball by working on too many deals at once confusing customers and simply just didn't do and takes no responsibility. Nice for them to collect on a High interest Lemon! With all the bad reviews we should all team up and file a lawsuit on this company!

They lie like they breathe. GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE
There's so much that I could stay here but I'm going to stick to the facts. Read your contract they will try to pack extended warranty in and claim that it gets you a better rate on your auto loan, they will also arbitrarily raise the price of the vehicle and hope to slide it in on the contract and that you won't see it. They will also refer you to a credit repair agency if you have credit issues that will call you relentlessly and mercilessly all day. And finally they will lie to you verbally and in writing, so if you are in a situation where you must do business with these people I urge you to be vigilant, diligent, and don't trust a word that anyone says to you in any of their departments, especially finance.

Worst car dealer ever
i bought a car with a branded title and was never told until i tried to trade it in. Which means insurance paid for it to be totaled due to frame/ structure damage. now they wont take the car back and give me the money i put into to buy a new car. I would have never bought a car with frame/structure damage i drive my kids in this car. If you ever bought a car from this place please get your title checked.

The worst car buying experience
The worst car buying experience . They did not disclose to me that the car I purchased had been in an accident , Structural damaged, and they got the car at auction. They sold the car to me before this information reported on CarFax. There is a few weeks gap between accident and report showing on CarFax.
Do not buy any car from them, if you do not want to be cheated.
