My car started to leak fluid, and my husband was able to figure out pretty quickly what the problem was. It was a bigger project than he wanted to tackle, so we took it to First Class Autoworks. We worked with Alex, and he was great. He diagnosed the problem to be the same as my husband (who is very skilled working on cars), without us telling him what we thought the problem was. So many times people don't know if mechanics are being honest about what work needs to be completed, so it was comforting to know that Alex was an honest businessman. Alex and his team did a great job, he communicated regularly with me, and offered to shuttle me home while they were working on my car. Thank you, Alex!
