New Tires
We needed new summer tires for our Escape. Russell gave me a great price and had them ordered in and mounted within a couple of days. He even had paperwork available for a mail-in rebate! The winter/summer swap-over will be at home, as the snow tires are on their own rims. But the drop off and pick up process was easy. The lobby/waiting area is clean and well-lit, with a TV for entertainment.

Went in for my spring tire swap - snow to summer tires. As usual everything was fine. Comfortable seats, a little pleasant chat and then all done and ready to go!

Russ is outstanding each time you walk in the door or call. His background and expertise in the auto industry nothing but EXCELLENT. Russ is a valuable asset with Mark ❤️ Mark is the absolute best Owner and Mechanic and takes pride in all his work. Mark wouldn't have the Business he has with repeat customers if Satisfaction, Honesty, Integrity and Kindness wasn't First and Foremost!

Quick tire patch
Found a screw in one of our tires, called and was provided details on how to quickly test if it was leaking at home, confirmed it was and planned to drop the tire off for the day. However when I arrived the said they could take care of it right then and there and within 15 minutes I had a patched tire mounted on the vehicle. Always happy with their service but was definitely blown away by this one!

A Miracle in the Midst of Mayhem
My daughter and I were driving back from Canandaigua to Maine after the funeral of her father. She was driving his truck and after about an hour of driving it lost power just in front of the exit which was two miles away from First Automotive. Thankfully she was able to start it back up again. We had never been in the area before and we were stranded. The team at First Automotive was more than professional. They were very understanding and were able to diagnose the issue and get us back on the road in no time. I wish we lived in the area so we could be regular customers. After fixing the vehicle they even took it for a test drive to make sure we would make it home. We are so grateful to First Automotive for being such a blessing to us during a difficult time. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new auto repair shop.

As I walked in ,
Explained my son was driving home from auburn, and steering locked up,
So we dropped off w Mark and
Russ explained the scenario, and would text me the estimate,
And the next morning (thur)he text me estimate,
All parts in stock at local parts comp, said it would be done later in the day,
Sure enuff, text me by 3pm, it was done,
Thankful for such an amazing 👏 and awesome experience,
This is the best car fa elite in Liverpool..
Best part is it's a family owned business and not a franchise ..
