I’m a busy professional who doesn’t have time for incompetence. Don’t really have time for reviews but I’m tired of paying good money for bad service. I scheduled a oil change and tire rotation at this location and after witnessing two store attendants joke around and even make fun of one customer. Then after paying and driving home I noticed on the invoice that there was no indication that the tire rotation was done. I called them to find out if it was. I was told nonchalantly that opps looks like it wasn’t. That I should just come back and they’ll do it. So I can understand a mistake but your a business and you should treat your customers like their time means nothing. I paid $127 for this great service. Don’t go there if you value your time.
