Came for an alignment after replacing ball joints. Told ball joints needed to be redone and possible cracked knuckle. Said won't touch it! Had ball joints checked again .. no issues and the vehicle had literally passed inspection day previous. Went for alignment elsewhere and car is fine. Came to firestone because open Sunday and heard good things but never again will I wasted time.
