Bad Business and repair service
I bought a truck the end of november, the first time i sued the truck the first week of december found out that the thermostats needed to be replaced fixed also 4-wheel drive was supposed to work didnt, took truck to my fathers in january left me one the side of the road, now they are telling me that the head gaskets and heads are bad, also flywheel, i have spent around 9200.00 dollars and have contacted the company and still havent heard anything, please be aware that this business is bad, i bought this is the second vehicle and have only made 2 payments, also when they was replacing heads they found that there was alot of stop leak in heads

Firehouse brothers auto sales suck
Dont buy from this place. They suck. I have had nothing but back trouble with my car from this place. I have elecrical problems, the front end is bad. I have problems with the steering. Cant use my trunk it doesnt open. Paid to have a new fob programmed and it still doesnt work to open my trunk. Cabt lock my doors. My moon roof doesnt work. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GYPSIES. I GIVE THEM A RATING OF ZERO.

Excessive Parts Charge
I was very disappointed by the excessive charges ($618) to replace my Nissan Murano radiator. I was invoiced more than $100 above the retail price at both the local Nissan dealer for OEM and at the auto parts store for the exact same model. Further, the fluid leaked on engine compartment components by the failed radiator was not cleaned up, so hot coolant smell remained when I operated the repaired vehicle. My prior experiences at Firehouse for routine maintenance were satisfactory, but this episode will drive me to seek service elsewhere.

I had been told that I needed rear brakes. I made an appointment and brought the car to Firehouse to have the work done. When they took the tires off they informed me that the brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. Saving me about $200. I plan to tell everyone I know about your honest business. Thank you.

Very good service
I come here for all my oil changes, I would also come back when I need a repair! I sat there and listened to them deal with other customers and it was very respectful, some places would pressure u to buy other goods, not here, Just good service and advice!
