Mike in service was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. As we waited, another employee offered us some carrot cake! We had just eaten so we declined, but it looked really good! The waiting room was warm which was a plus. A lot of waiting rooms are cold! The approximate completion time was 11:30 and Mike came at 11:30 and told us the car was ready. Very efficient and friendly company. We wil be back!
