Best service department
Oviey is the best, he always works with me in getting the time and day that is best for me and in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable in regards to the services provided and my vehicle. I have been using this service department for more then 20 years, I have not had one bad experience.

Actual Service Was Great;Dealership Not So Much Any More
My 2020 Kona was due for an oil change so I tried making an appointment on the app. Was advised that Fiesta Hyundai no longer processed app-generated appointments. When I finally remember to call the dealership, the earliest appointment was three weeks out. I almost went some place else, BUT the service department has always been exceptional so I decided to wait. My advisor Octaviano V and technician Lisamae did not disappoint. Service was quick, and I was promptly called when it was apparent that I needed an air filter and cabin filter. I appreciated the call, but when I asked for a discount or coupon for the work, my advisor apologized, and I was told the service department no longer offered discounts nor had access to coupons. What should have been an inexpensive oil and filter change turned into a $225.41 bill. Like I said, I’ve always loved the service I receive in the service department, but it seems the dealership is undergoing an organizational change and had opted to cut out services I enjoyed in the past. I did receive a call from David Hill at Fiesta Hyundai today who would like to discuss what is going on, and I will call him back tomorrow. I just hope his promises of better dealership services come to fruition in the future.

Very Disappointed and Frustratiing
I called this dealership to ask about having a flat tire looked at and either repaired or replaced. I have a service contract for the tires and wheels which I purchased when I bought the car. The person with whom I spoke clearly couldn't have cared less. He suggested that I bring the wheel and the tire in to them and they would look at it when they could but the first appointment wasn't for at least 2 weeks. When I explained that the car didn't come with a spare, he just said that I could also just leave the car with them until they could get around to looking at my tire, but couldn't say when that might be. This person (it was NOT Mr. Octaviano) also seemed to have no idea what I was talking about in terms of the Tire/Wheel Protection Plan and said he'd never heard of that despite working there for a number of years. He indicated that this was not something they dealt with at the dealership. I was rather taken aback by the complete lack of interest in providing any actual assistance. I eventually took the vehicle to a nearby Discount Tire Store. they took care of me within two hours and couldn't have been nicer.

Palisade Leaking Coolant
Went into the service department on Monday morning as my Palisade was leaking the whole reservoir of coolant overnight. Spoke to a gentleman at the front desk which was very rude. He stated he had 30 people in front of us and we would be lucky if he was able to look at it in the next month and a half. As I’m standing there, customers are coming in for oil changes and they are driving their cars back immediately. Warranty work should be prioritized over maintenance. I currently have no vehicle and when I asked about a loaner he chuckled and said not going to happen. This is the end of day two and my vehicle has not been unlocked since I left it. Next step for me after this review is the AG’s office and better business bureau unfortunately. This needs to be addressed with this dealership.

First maintenace
Did do my first 2021 Hyundai Tucson maintenance and the staff were accomodating especially Mr. V. Octaviano. He explains it very well and push you to do this or to do that and advices you to go first what is important and come back later for the other replacements. The service was awesome. They did wash and cleaned my car too. Thumbs up?????? To you guys
