10/10 great service
This was my first time using federal auto service and my experience was a 10/10. I have an older car and was having trouble getting my car to pass emissions. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly and their customer service was very friendly and helpful. I have been recommending them to my friends ever since and I will always go to them in the future!

Electric repair
You guys are amazing nothing but great things to say about all of them especially Carlos he was amazing finding the problem. I was there most of the day electrical problem. They are honest and don't try and rip you off with the price. Thanks You Guys. Just a great experience ?

Leak in car
My car was towed in for leaking anti freeze they said there was non in radiator but they couldn’t find a leak. Concerned because where did the anti freeze leak come from. I’m concerned because it had to come from some where. They said they didn’t find leak. I picked the car up. Now I have to worry if it leaks again and where well I be. .

I can’t express how impressed I am with their service. What the dealer got wrong they corrected the issue. These guys are knowledgeable, honest and reasonable with the prices. They kept me informed and i was surprised to see my car was washed, and detailed. I didn’t get a chance to express my sincere gratitude for the service they gave my car. You definitely won’t find this service in any mechanic location. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you, thank you again…

3 visits and check engine light still on
I dont leave negative feedback much. But in this case i paid low 4 figures to resolve a check engine light for bad knock sensors. They replaced the sensors. But the light came back on. Took my car back, they reset it, but it came on again. Returned a 3rd time, they replaced the computer. now the car runs poorly. The car lost its top end power and struggles on the highway. & The check engine light? Came back on again! a second star for friendly customer service. But i paid them and my car is worse off. Sorry guys :(
