Horrible customer service
Purchased a brand new 2023 Camaro in October 2022. Have had nothing but issues from the very beginning. First office when the paperwork finally arrived that was needed to get my tags some of the paperwork had 2022 while others had 2023. Second they did not send the sales tax check. Third, on Memorial Day 2023, as I was about to head out of town, in my Camaro, I got an alert from OnStar that I needed an oil change with 3700 miles. I called Fayetteville Autopark and was informed that the service Dept was closed. I texted my sales person Mike Maynard to inform him of the oil change alert. I went ahead and took my car to Take 5 oil change in Fort Smith. They checked the oil and the oil stick had just a dab of oil on it. Had I not received the alert from onstar and had it checked, I could have burned my motor out. Mike said he would have the service Dept call me Tuesday, May 30. Of course no one called, I actually had to call the service Dept and to no avail. No one helped solve my issue of reimbursement and my sales person resolution was to send me a pic of another vehicle. Mike not management was concerned about satisfying a customer. I have NEVER purchased a brand new car and the oil was not filled to capacity until I purchased from Fayetteville Autopark. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. The salesperson nor management care about customer satisfaction nor do they put oil in their vehicles. Kolby, Mike not anyone has bothered to call me to rectify this issue.
