My first experience with FAST Auto was spring 2024 when I was looking for help to remove a screw that rusted over and was stuck on my Toyota preventing me from being able to replace my license plate. The guys at FAST Auto kindly helped me the same day I called, and didn’t charge me for the service and gave me new screws that wouldn’t rust. I made sure to return for an oil change in exchange of my gratitude and they got me in an hour early for my oil change appointment. While waiting in the lobby, I also overheard a gentleman walking in to thank the front desk employee for helping him out with a parking situation - a testimony to how these guys are kind and helpful and don’t mind helping others even if they can’t charge for the service. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to the other person! Thank you Fast Auto!
