Great service. Worked to fit us in and told us up front what the diagnostic process would be and all the possible outcomes with the pricing. Karen was thorough over the phone and knowledgeable to asses whether to bring the car in or not. And in person she was very helpful to review what to expect when we dropped the car as far as timing and the process of the issue with the car (air conditioning). The car ended up being serviced that day. And at pick up Karen reviewed all possible outcomes should it stop working again. Very helpful.
