This is my 2nd visit and 3rd support interaction. The good, fair, respectful treatment is not an anomaly, it's consistent. They don't do work you don't need. And prices are fair. I see why it can take a couple weeks to get an appointment. I won't go anywhere else unless it's for recall stuff. Heck I might just keep buying Hondas so I can keep going there.
