Same problem Different day
I still am experiencing the same issues I had with my car when I took it to family motors brake and lube. When I called back my calls were never answered. While my car was there I was the one reaching out for updates they only called me once during the 11 days my car was there and that was a return call. I’m not sure where things went wrong but it wasn’t a great experience for me.

Good Morning Ms. Wilson, im sorry to hear that. There's been changes at the shop i'll look into why your calls weren't answered. We did have your vehicle for 11 days took your car for adrive a few times a day to see if we could replicate your concern and where unable to. I had my front desk call you to get a little bit of more information on the issue. My front desk also gave you a call to let you know that you where low on your brakes and showed you in person. If your vehicle is having the same issue i'll be more than happy to go on a test drive with you. Once again I apologize and i'll be having someone contact you.Thank you.

My experience with Family Motors was excellent
I have been bringing my cars to family Motors Brakes and Lube For over a year now I am very happy With their service to keep my cars running again. Thank you for fixing my cars. I do recommend Their service to everyone go to them and you’ll never go to someone else. You can trust them with your cars; they not gonna play tricks on you. They all very nice people and they do care for your cars. Thank you Family Motors for helping me.

Air intake job
So I had my air intake replaced and it was done very well there was a slight delay on the job but they were great at keeping me up to date on the progress

Phenomenal
We bought a used car at Carmax and purchased an extended warranty with it. We had to use it a few times for part replacement and Family Motors is an authorized mechanic through the warranty program.
Our experience with them has been nothing short of phenomenal. They are friendly, trustworthy, flexible and like a family. It’s nice to have a mechanic we can trust.
