I had my car serviced and the car was washed but not dried! I went in to complain and met with a young man named Raymond. He asked me if everything was ok, before I could finish telling him my car wasn’t dried he grabbed the rag and went to dry my car. I tried to help him and he said absolutely not! He told me it was to cold out and to sit in the warm car while he finished up my car. When He was all done I tried to hand him ten dollars, he told me that was not necessary and to just keep returning to family Hyundai for my automotive needs. I then left, but not before returning back to family Hyundai to see the young mans manager. When I walked in Raymond seen me and joked, “did I miss a spot” I laughed and said no I was wondering if your manager was available. He said yes he was and he would get him. I spoke with Eric who was very nice. I told him what Raymond has done and just how happy I was, I told him do you like your returning customers? Then this is one you want to keep around, he was so nice and helpful that I’m coming to buy another car with my husband next week. He then told me Raymond hadn’t been working there but few weeks. Maybe this will make its way to the right people. Would recommend anyone to Family Hyundai.
