I highly suggest you reading my review before ever thinking about coming here.
If I could give this place less then 1 star I would.
First off I came in to get my AC fixed and that simply didn't happen. They kept my car over night and "fixed" the problem according to them and not a week went by and I brought the car back for them to take a look at it again since the AC was still not blowing cold air. They again "fixed" the problem but a few weeks go by and I again had to bring it back.
The car was not blowing cold air as it should, but they tried using a thermometer to show me it was getting cold. I said well great but why don't I feel the floor AC getting cold and why is it that in order for you to show me that its working the AC has to be on high?
When the car is on the lowest setting it doesn't get cold air at all and it barely worked on high. One of the times I was there the owner said "oh maybe try getting tinted windows to help keep it cold" WHATTTTTTTTT????????
I have a 2012 Jeep and within 2 minutes the car is freezing and I have to turn the AC down, in comparison the car they "fixed" needed to be on high for probably an hour or more before it got cool.
I brought in my car and it was blowing hot air the other day on AC mode, HOT AIR!!
As you can see the conversation below I just took the car there a few days ago and they refused to fix the AC. I brought it in and they said it was fixed and clearly I got scammed and they didn't fix it and now want more money to "fix" the problem.
This is the worst experience I have ever had in any mechanic in my life. The rudeness, the lack of care, the incapability to fix a problem, and the lie telling me that they fixed it.
