Needed a battery replacement

I bought a battery from Faith Works Automotive approximately two years ago, the battery went bad on Sunday evening, Monday morning I had to have it jumped to get the car to the shop. They said it was under warranty but when I tried to get them to replace it they said they didn’t have time to come back tomorrow, I had to jump it just to get it there! I had to got to work and would have had it jumped again just to get home. Instead I paid $234.00 for a new battery because you refused to help me. And when my husband and I were frustrated you said we were being rude. After 15 years of coming to your company, we will no longer do so.

Amazing Place

We have been bringing our vehicles to Blaine and his guys for years. They have always treated us right. Very kind and professional. They get our vehicles in and out in a timely manner. The prices are very reasonable. We would recommend Faithworks to everyone. You can’t go wrong with Faithworks

"Faith works" the name says it all

Aaron over at Faith works is a true blessing. The day before my son's 29th birthday he was the victim of a fatal hit-and-run. He was hit by two cars the first car left the scene the second one stayed. A couple of days after my son was killed his Ford pickup needed new brakes so I took it to Aaron at Faith works when he gave me a more than fair price I still couldn't afford it and asked if I could make payments since I live right across the street. Without hesitation Aaron told me he was going to take care of my Sons truck which my son had planned on selling a couple of weeks before he was killed so that we could both have a vehicle. Aaron helped me not only with my back brakes he also performed an oil change that was badly needed. When you see employees happy to be at work and love the job that they are doing you know it's the right place for you to be. Thanks to Aaron's help I can finally have a service and put my son to rest with his sister who passed away in 2003 from brain and spinal cord cancer she was 11 years old. It works automotive is the only place I will ever recommend for Auto Care it's the best. Honest and reliable you can't go wrong! Thank you so much Aaron I'll be back soon to have my front brakes done.

"Faith works" the name says it all

Aaron at Faith works it's a special blessing that couldn't have come my way at a better time. My son was involved in a fatal hit and run accident on the corner of Dobson University the day before his 29th birthday he did not survive. With my son's passing I inherited his truck which he had planned to sell so that we would both have a vehicle. I'm going to check needed brakes, oil change and other maintenance. I stopped in and ask Aaron for an estimate. The estimate was unbelievably reasonable do to my circumstances I still couldn't afford it. Without hesitation or question Aaron told me he was going to take care my truck! When you walk into an auto repair shop and see the employees are happy to be there, they know what they're doing and they love their job there's no question that it's the right place to be. Today I got so much more than great service and a smile! Thank you for restoring my faith in the belief that there are still people out there who care. Faith works is the only Auto repair shop I will ever recommend. Honest and sincere.. Faith works definitely lives up to its name. Thank you so much Aaron ?

GREAT Place to do buisness

I'm new to the area & was in search of an honest auto shop. They gave me an appointment time & that is the time they started working on my Lexus. 3 major repairs were needed & they took care of all of it with no problems & finished the same day. Josh & John were really good to work with, all my auto repair in the future will be done at Faith Auto Works. Thanks Guys

Looking for a place I can trust

New to the area and needed a place I can go where they are looking out for me. I feel that I have found it in this place. Been here twice now the first time they told me what would need to be watched going forward and there was no pressure. They have fixed the things that need to be done. Second time they did the same, tried the cleaning to fix the issue and it worked, I didn't need the big dollar repair now.
I will continue to come to these guys, they are respectful and above board.

Great advice and organization for long term care

I don't have a lot of specifics to add, but every time I feel like we get great advice for the present and future. They let us know the conditions under which we need things replaced, the time frame under which we can wait, if possible and given good estimates of the cost. I appreciate their organization and the reminders they send, as well. Time flys and I feel like I just replaced.... but the truth is, it may have been three months. They are always willing to ask questions about the previous recommendations they have on file, too.

Return customer for multiple vehicles, took my car in for transmission code, they did a once-over and recommended I take it to a local trans shop who had specialized diag equip so that I could have the best option for repair. this rather than making a quick buck off me for a parts cannon guessing game.

Each time i have gone to Faithworks they have presented a few options in varying price categories while not putting me at risk of causing further damage.

an excellent shop with guys you can trust!
