Pay without nothing happened!!

My wife brought my car, the lady in the front desk accompanied my wife inside our car to see and check the park signal problem, and the lady said it’s easy to fix and she said to come back tomorrow, next day I brought my car then they checked for an hour., after that, the mechanic told me that my car needs to bring to my dealer…why they didn’t told that to my wife the day my wife visited there, then they charged me $132 .00 !!! Just for checking for an hour. Wasting my Time, Money and my Gas! Our house is far from that place.
