Horrible Service - Inexperience Master Mechanic!
I had my Lincoln towed and told the front desk that the oil had been drained and to diagnose the engine. Then, I was told the mechanic started the engine!!!! What an unprofessional and unexperienced master mechanic! The mechanic should have checked the oil pan, not the dip stick! He said the dip stick showed there was oil. No, the dip stick read coolant NOT OIL! He started it twice and it seized... It is now at Phil Long Ford and there is a good chance he damaged the crankshaft and/or main rod bearings .
