The first being they didn’t give up. My truck was throwing all kinds of wacky codes. It was setting off sensors when one of the wheels would touch the ground, but not when it was on the lift.
It took a ton of effort, but they found the underlying cause, and fixed it.
The second big thing is communication.
They kept me informed the entire time, never let me go a day or two with out an update, and I felt important and valued.
I’m going back to them, to fix issues from other shops that were down the road but were just not as good.
