Needed a starter
My car would not start when I got out of work. I was able to get AAA to tow my car to Expert Car Care and they were very good with communicating with me about what was needed and the price. They gave me a timeline and were able to fix my car and return it to me in a professional reasonable way. Thank you, I would recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Oil change and diagnostic
Nice atmosphere to wait while you get your oil changed. Given details on oil change and diagnostic information with wheels, breaks, air, etc. Also given option to work on fluids by recommendation. No issues and no pushy behavior, always appreciate coming to this place

Excellent Customer Service
Sadly, my Kia engine blew up for the second time… A car on its third engine? Really! My car was towed to this location and hour from my home, and sadly there was nothing they could do to help me because this is clearly a Kia problem. The entire staff could not have been nicer while I was working in Boston and racing back to Florida to teach school all while trying to deal with this from a distance- the car had to be there for a few days until I could get it towed to my house to basically be a paper weight until I can appeal to Kia Corporate. Such helpful staff members and the price for diagnostic was so reasonable- thank you so much, Oviedo Expert Car Care!

Elizabeth said she paid $300 and the TTMS sensors were destroyed on two of her tires, and she now has to take them to the manufacturer to get them replaced. The manufacturer told her they would've only had to deflate the tires and that way, they wouldn't have had to break the sensors. The staff was so friendly and they treated the customers well and with respect. They saw her last minute and she was happy with their friendliness. She suggested that it would be nice if they would like to do a complimentary replacement of her sensors for her.

Fast, Reliable, The BEST
Scotty and his team are absolutely the best. They are always quick to provide any new updates and finish your car pretty quick when you see how busy they are. I've used their team of mechanics for over a decade and they always deliver. They are also willing to explain anything and provide options on what's recommended now vs what needs attention soon.

Spoke with Bart. He said Scotty was very helpful. He needed a diagnostic to identify if a new transmission was needed for his son's vehicle. They found out it wasn't needed. The business recommended a specialist. Bart said they did a great job in steering them to the right people. He said the managers, Scotty and Demarkus, did a great job. Sammi was friendly and helpful.

Whats in a name
I've been very impressed with Expert Car Care for several years now. all four of my family cars are serviced at Expert Car Care. we've never had an issue. Yesterday I brought my car in for check engine light. It was 1:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday they were full.I expected to have to make arrangements to get to work the next day. By 5:00 p.m. not only did they solve the problem but they'd also serviced the transmission and I was in the car by 5:15. Thanks so much for your great service. Expert Car Care that's their name

Amazing experience at Expert Car Care of Oviedo, FL
In the middle of a road trip our tires decided to act up (we probably should have taken care of it before going on the road). We needed to replace all four asap. Amy and Sam at the front office just closed up the shop when we rolled in. They gave us the website to order the tires for the next morning. Erica from customer support could not have been nicer or more efficient. The next morning, the tires were in and Amy called so we can bring in the car and be on the road as early as possible. Amy and Sam could not be more compassionate and understanding of our situation. The office is pristine and inviting with great coffee and cookies, and the most adorable dog to entertain those who wait! The guys in the back did a stellar job installing the tires fast and sending us on our way. They took time to explain what was done and point out what needs to be followed up on.
They are about 2.5 hours away from us, but we may have to start going back there for tires, especially for the Tesla. You can’t beat the service, the price, and the kindness. Thank you all at Expert Car Care of Oviedo for making our unexpected bump in the road into such a positive and lovely experience.
