The actual repair experience was positive. As with other repair shops, the actual appointment was months out from the time I got the bid. In fact, it was so far out that the fender bender caused warning lights to appear and so part of the collision repair was actually done by the dealer before the body shop repair. But once they had the car, they seemed conscientious and took care of things.
