If you care about your car, take it somewhere else
First thing first, the towing company ripped through the frame of my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for a service I was expecting to be an engine out service but during diagnostic they claimed to be able to fix the problem by replacing a completely different part. I trusted their judgment and received the absolute worst service I have ever seen. My air filter was bent, screws were missing or un-torqued, and there was coolant splatter everywhere. I paid for the service and part / labor warranty and unhappily took my car back. A few days later my car was leaking extreme amounts of coolant. Before taking my car to EXO the car was nearly perfect, and after a simple service, it was worse than how I brought it to them. They agreed to fix the coolant issue but claimed the warranty did not cover a single thing. I ended up paying over $4,000 for an unprofessional, amateur, and cheap job a job I could've done myself for $300. They had me pay for a replacement part that I just barely has them replace a week ago. This business is nothing but deceptive, cheap, unprofessional and absolutely incompetent. The technician I had (Sully) was inexperienced and had no care for my vehicle.
