Disappointed
First off I had the car towed due to the issue I was facing. The tow truck driver put a hook through the jack / tow point but put so much tension on the chains that the hook tore through the frame. This was the first moment of dissatisfaction. Although John was a big help discussing and communicating with me with price and time management the labor itself on my vehicle was the 2nd point of dissatisfaction. I opened the hood to look at the engine and I found coolant splatter scattered over the entire bay. My 034 Motorsport air intake filter was damaged during this time. Multiple screws are missing which concerns me about hidden poor work. The coolant expansion tank cap was not tightened properly. The job was done and the issue was fixed but the details suggest lack of professionalism. After speaking to the technician we came to the agreement of a replacement air filter and replacement screws. Labor and service was less than satisfactory but communication and compensation was good.
