I’m a woman who drives a luxury vehicle, usually mechanics see me coming and get $$ in their eyes. But at Exclusively Imports it was a completely different experience. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake by Andrew and I immediately felt at ease. He informed me what was due for my vehicle, I informed him what I had recently had done and we discussed what should be checked, I was given an estimate up front and I approved because everything seemed reasonable. I also found out they could do warranty work if needed. I will not be going back to any other mechanic and I will NOT return to the dealer for any service work, especially since they use genuine Audi parts. I was very happy with the service, courtesy and pricing at Exclusively Imports and they have won my business!
