First Bad Experience

I was quoted a price by Michael and Corey of $282. They charged my wife $349 the day of. I understand there are often unforeseens, but they told her whoever quoted do the math wrong. The real issue is she sat there over two hours without a word on what was going on, even saw our Jeep go by the window once. The guy mopping the floor as they were locking up looked startled a customer was still there. We are loyal customers, have been for three years. I’m very disappointed
