over charging and preying on ignorance
I would choose to rate after my issue has been resolved, but i have to so this is what i have to do. I was told that the fault on my check engine light was due to a faulty or bad camshaft position sensor, a $30-50 dollar part, but instead you want to change my whole distributor and charge around $325 for parts a labor?! I consider that criminal exploitation. That is praying on peoples ignorance, and i will not be victimized. That's just one of the many overcharging issues for parts. Really parts and labor for a fuel filter, $68, for an acdelco part for $12 and a 30 minute fix at most?! Then when i decide not to get the work done and pay out for the diagnostic I find later a Hazmat charge for $8.45. I seriously doubt that any of my diagnostic work or inspection of my vehicle required the handling or disposing of any hazardous material. To me that just sounds like your adding charges because you want to make a few more dollars.

Hello Miss Vasant, my name is Curtis Evans and i am the owner. I reviewed your invoice and would like to say thank you for your review. I take each review very serious. I see you brought in because you had a check eng light on and it sometimes will not start and when it does it shutters under acceleration and sounds like belts are loose. The distributer is the cam sensor, the distributor is a know failure with that type of vehicle. It wobbles on the inside and makes the cam sensor go bad. That is why we recommended the distributor. We also noticed you needed spark plugs and ignition wires, fuel filter, air filter and wiper blades. We are AAA,Napa and Oreillys Auto Care Center that gives 2 yrs or 24,000 mile warranty that is nationwide. The Hazmat and shop supply fees are fees charge by all shops in Florida. WE Thank You for your service in the Military.
