These guys were exceptionally good communicators and were in regular contact during the two days it was in there. They were very honest about my options. “you can fix it if you want to spend the money, but you have to ask yourself if it’s worth it.” I had to have it towed out of there and with the electronic transmission you have to crawl up under the car and put it in neutral from the transmission. The owner came outside and saw my problem. Had one of his mechanics jack up the car and put it into neutral for me. Very friendly and empathetic about the situation. Never any rush or impatience while I tied up one of these guys.
I’ll definitely come back here for any future work.
