Lack of clarity re the next service.
The discussion with Bill this morning mentioned my lack of knowing whether the 30,000 thousand mile service had been completed (including spark plugs) for my 2021 Macan S with 34,000 miles. And, we talked about the 40,000 mile service. When I picked it up, the recommendation was the earlier of 1 year or 12 months. No mention of the 40,000 mile service. We just moved here and we will continue to use you. Bill could not have been nicer.
