Went in for my auto AC to be fixed and charged me $201.49 for diagnosis. I received a call from a lady name Shelina the following day and said they need an additional diagnosis for $ 275.00. And I asked Shelina if they can diagnose it this time and she said " I don't know", and I asked, " Does it mean I may need an additional diagnosis and another $275 again ?" She said "maybe". I declined the additional diagnosis because I don't know if they will ask for more money (additional diagnosis).
