We thought that it would take us years to outgrow the 5 bay shop from which we operated. Little did we know, only a year later we would be looking for our second location. After opening the second location, it took us six more months to pull the trigger on location number three. Now 3.5 years later, we opened a 4th location in Atlanta. What started as one adviser and one tech, quickly turned into a crew of 22 techs, advisers, and staff. The name EUROFED Automotive came from one of our friends that has passed away in a car accident in 2016. We were in the car discussing what name we would name our shop if we ever opened an automotive shop. The invoice they gave me was hastily prepared, included “discounts” that were never applied, and even contained contradictory statements. The manager originally reassured me it wasn’t a valve body issue, then later wrote that he had advised me otherwise.
I eventually had the car repaired correctly at an official Infiniti service center for only $552 in labor, which shows how inflated Eurofed’s charges were. I cannot recommend trusting them with your vehicle.
