Walt went above and beyond to diagnose not just the symptoms but the actual problem, providing a solution that was much less expensive than the fixes I was told I needed by an AAA garage and a dealer. He was thorough in his work and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and why it was superior to the previous advice I had received. All in all a great experience and we'll be back.
