Disappointed
I bought a 2021 certified Kona in Countryside. Sales guy was Jim I believe. The check engine light has come on 3 times since I bought it July 22nd. Its been serviced twice and i have to take it back next week when they have loaners, since I do need a car to get to work. The salesmen and service guys are nice, but it doesn't make up for the frustration I'm left feeling because I feel i bought a lemon not to mention spending my time having drop off my car, pick up a loaner and hope they have my car fixed quickly. I am having more issues with this car than the 18 year-old car I traded in!!!!

Was a “walk-in” to Dealership frustrated that my 2022 Kona N had just experienced an unexpected dead battery; Scott (Service Manager) patiently addressed the challenge with an immediate service check of the battery & alternator giving my wife & I the peace of mind all was working fine with the car and to make sure we don’t turn the car engine off for the night with its aux power still on by pushing the push-button twice.& ignoring the cars warning chime; simple solution; TY Again Scott ?

Service Manager lack of Customer Servicd
The Service Manager vas very confrontational, he was acting like if I was bothering with the issues with my car, he was not helpful, he was not pleasant. What actually happen is that they sold me the car with one 17” rim on my car all the other are 16” and on a break job someplace else was discovered. Ettleson Service Manager argue about it from the get go he got on my face trying to intimidate me, Implying that ppl like always look for a freebie when I walked out to complain about this individual he followed me telling me that he’s having a bad day and that I could complain all I want he went thru this many times and that the oil consumption test I need done ultimately it was up to him to approve and that if I don’t have the first oil change documentation on my vehicle he will deny it. That it was up to me what I will do next.
