What more could I ask for?
I was overdue for routine maintenance and needed the first available day/time. Frank went straight to the scheduling board and was able to offer next something just 2 days away. I arrived a little early, parked and went inside. Jorge checked me in and I waited and worked on some reports. Next thing I know Jorge updated me and suggested some minor maintenance upgrades. I gave an immediate "Do it" and he got to it.

Every time I drive away I realize how good it feels for the car to be kept up with top notch work and how much I appreciate the folks there. Ever since my first time going to EAT I find myself not even considering anywhere else.

I'm glad to have dropped in here a few years ago and be able to get professional services from a friendly team of professionals.

Oil Change
I made my appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I told them that I was going on a road trip. They made sure that everything was in good shape for me and I feel very safe going on my trip. Very helpful friendly guys.
Bonus is Charlie’s across the street where I had breakfast while I waited.

DMV inspection requirement
Jorge was very professional, helpful and great customer service skills. Explained what the requirement is about because the description doesn’t match what they actually wanted done. Facilitated for the uber ride as well. Eased the stress level I felt.
