Leak after oil change
As a plumbing tech I know things can go wrong even when doing your best. After last weekends oil change , I had a little burnt oil smell after driving my car. I returned to have it checked out and Anthony took charge and got me right in and took care of it with a new filter which was the leaker and topped off the oil and even cleaned the oil from motor and frame and was very apologetic. Then he went above and beyond and got me some oil absorbing material to clean up the spill in my driveway. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be back. Bad experience turned into great one.
