Gail said they were incredibly not only professional, but very generous and helpful. Right down to when it looked like she wasn't going to get a ride, they offered her one, they were very thorough and provided a check up of her particular vehicle. They checked for the recommended repairs for her vehicle's current mileage, gave her a printout of the suggested repairs and explained it all to her, those guys were great.
