Can't follow instructions
I went to get my oil changed the other day. I supply my own oil to save money and told the service manager that it was in the front seat. He said that was fine. Although I had made an appointment, it took almost 90 minutes to get my car back. I paid my bill and left, not realizing that the oil I purchased hadn't been put in my car. I called them about it and they said to come back and they would drain out their oil and put mine in its place. This seemed pretty wasteful in my mind so I declined.
Also, in the past, I would get a free car wash whenever I brought my car in for service. Apparently you have to ask for that service theses days. Too bad. It was a nice service feature.
